Nathan Cloud
Managing Partner
Nathan founded Discover Multifamily and leads strategy, acquisitions, and capital relationships. Before Discover, he was an equity trader and portfolio manager at a proprietary trading firm in New York, where he built discretionary and algorithmic strategies. He designed and built Discover’s three platforms. Since 2021, he has sponsored over $100MM of multifamily acquisitions. He resides with his family in Dallas, Texas.
Mike Gasperetti
Vice President of Asset Management
Mike leads asset management, with direct responsibility for operations, financial reporting, and capital projects across Discover’s portfolio. He oversees property management performance, annual budgets, and renovation programs at each community, and he leads the firm’s investor reporting. He brings over 16 years of property and asset management experience with several of the country’s leading institutional owners.
